A 15-year-old boy has been arrested after a cyclist was robbed of his bike and stabbed on the Fallowfield Loop.
Officers were called to a report of a robbery on the off-road path in Manchester yesterday (November 11) at around 4.14pm.
Enquiries established that a cyclist in his 30s had his bike stolen and was stabbed in the leg.
He was taken to hospital and has since been discharged.
Officers later found the bike and arrested a 15-year-old boy on suspicion of robbery and section 18 assault.
He has been released under investigation.
