Scott Fraser - Left Dundee after one season, his appearances limited to just five due to injuries.
Cammy MacPherson - Was thought to have been an option for Steven Pressley at Dens Park but nothing has yet come of it. Also trained with Raith Rovers after returning from the USA where he was with Tampa Bay Rowdies.
Adam Devine - After his release from Rangers, the talented young full-back is still looking for a club. Previously played in the Premiership on loan with Motherwell and was in the Championship with Queen's Park last season.
Scott Allardice - Has plenty of experience in the top two divisions. Left Ross County recently after their relegation.
Barrie McKay - Not so long ago a star for Hearts, his Tynecastle career stagnated and the 30-year-old winger rarely featured last season.
Theo Archibald - Played 29 games for League One promotion candidates Leyton Orient last season, scoring two and assisting five.
Barry Douglas - Experienced left-back didn't have the best times at St Johnstone but could still be seen as a squad option for someone.
Vincent Angelini - Former Scotland under-21s goalkeeper left Celtic for spells at Wartford and Brentford. Has just left Saudi side Al-Riyadh.
Jordan Rhodes - Available on a free after his Blackpool release following a loan at Mansfield. Experience in England's lower leagues and a former Scotland international.

Dylan McGeouch - Starred in the Scottish Premiership with Hibs in the past and could return after leaving Carlisle United.
Steven Fletcher - Scottish clubs will surely be casting an eye after the ex-Hibs and Dundee United man left Wrexham, where he was a super sub.
