With lockdown measures currently in place until December 2nd, it appears that we're all going to need some entertainment to pass the time this November.
With this in mind, here are some of the TV titles that are set for release in November which piqued our interest.
The Den
Where and when to watch: RTE1 each Sunday at 6.30pm from November 8.
Plot: Ray D'Arcy is reunited with his after-school alien buddies Zig and Zag, as well as Dustin the Turkey, for nostalgia, fun, and laughs.
The Mandalorian - Season 2
Where and when to watch: New episodes every Friday on Disney+

Plot: The Mandalorian and the Child continue their journey, facing enemies and rallying allies as they make their way through a dangerous galaxy in the tumultuous era after the collapse of the Galactic Empire.
Dead Still
Where and when to watch: Sundays at 9.30 on RTE 1
Plot: Set in 1880s Ireland in the Victorian era heyday of 'postmortem photography' the six-episode period drama follows a renowned memorial photographer who is drawn into a series of apparent murders which appear to be linked to his work.
His Dark Materials Season 2
Where and when to watch: BBC 1 on November 8
Plot: Season two begins after Lord Asriel has opened a bridge to a new world, and, distraught over the death of her best friend, Lyra follows Asriel into the unknown.

In a strange and mysterious abandoned city she meets Will, a boy from our world who is also running from a troubled past. Lyra and Will learn their destinies are tied to reuniting Will with his father but find their path is constantly thwarted as a war begins to brew around them. Meanwhile, Mrs. Coulter searches for Lyra, determined to bring her home by any means necessary.
Small Axe
Where and when to watch: BBC One on 15 November

Plot: The five original films that make up the Small Axe collection by Academy Award, Bafta and Golden Globe-winning filmmaker, Steve McQueen will air weekly on BBC One.
Set from the late 1960s to the mid-1980s, the films each tell a story involving London’s West Indian community, whose lives have been shaped by their own force of will, despite rampant racism and discrimination.
The first episode is called Mangrove and in a reign of racist terror, the local police raid Mangrove time after time, making Frank and the local community take to the streets in peaceful protest in 1970.
When nine men and women, including Frank and leader of the British Black Panther Movement Altheia Jones-LeCointe (Letitia Wright) and activist Darcus Howe (Malachi Kirby) are wrongly arrested and charged with incitement to riot, a highly publicised trial ensues, leading to a hard-fought win for those fighting against discrimination
The Crown Season 4
Where and when to watch: Netflix on 15 November

Plot: The fourth season features the arrival of new Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher (Gillian Anderson) and Lady Diana Spencer's (Emma Corrin) starting her journey to becoming Princess Diana.
Trial 4
Where and when to watch: November 11 on Netflix
Plot: A Boston man facing his 4th trial for murdering a police officer fights to prove his innocence and expose the police corruption that unjustly put him away for 22 years.

The Good Lord Bird
Where and when to watch: Sky Atlantic and NOW TV from 18 November
Plot: Ethan Hawke, Daveed Diggs and Joshua Caleb Johnson star in a humorous, dramatic and historical tapestry of Antebellum America based on the award-winning novel by author James McBride.
Told from the point of view of Onion, a newly freed teenager who joins abolitionist John Brown on a holy crusade to end slavery and finds himself part of the famous 1859 raid at Harpers Ferry.
An adventure equal parts absurd and tragic, this limited event series spotlights the ever-changing racial, religious and gender roles that makeup the American identity.
The Vow
Where and when to watch: Sky Documentaries and NOW TV from 7 November
Plot: Describing itself as a “multi-level marketing company”, the controversial group NXIVM claims to offer personal and professional development seminars through its “Executive Success Program”.
However, the group has been dogged with claims that it is closer, in truth, to a cult with links to sexual slavery.
Inspired by her own experience of attending the group’s seminars, Emmy winning director Jehane Noujaim explores the controversial “ self-improvement” as legal proceedings are carried out amongst its highest-profile members, most notably founder Keith Raniere.

TV Plot: Filmmakers R.J. Cutler and John Battsek (Listen to Me Marlon) present a feature-length documentary on the life and times of comic legend John Belushi.
I'm A Celebrity
Where and when to watch: 15 November on Virgin Media and ITV
Plot: British reality series presented by Ant and Dec in which 12 celebrities are abandoned in the jungle. In order to earn food, they must perform Bushtucker Trials which challenge them physically and mentally.

With COVID restrictions, this year is going to be a bit different though.
The Pack
Where and when to watch: November 20 on Amazon
Plot: Global adventure series celebrating the bond between dogs and their humans.
The Pack, is a new global unscripted series that celebrates the unrivalled bond between dogs and their human companions.
Hosted by gold medalist Lindsey Vonn and her canine co-host Lucy, the series features twelve teams of dogs and their humans on an epic adventure across multiple continents
