With snow storms set to batter the country over the next few days, you have more excuses than ever to put off that 5k walk, grab a steaming hot cup of tea and curl up under a blanket in front of the television.

Would I Lie To You? - 8.30pm - BBC One
Derry Girls and Bridgerton star Nicola Coughlan features on the quick-fire-lying BBC panel show.
Joining team captains David Mitchell and Lee Mack, Coughlan will try and outsmart the eclectic mix of Sara Pascoe, Dan Walker and Mr Motivator.

The GAA legend is well used to fierce competition and roaring at his players.
But he's taken on an entirely different task with a group of young men who have fallen on hard times.
The second episode of the new show has a lot to live up to after last week's effort - but we're sure Fitzy can work his magic again.

Though the Premier League title may be out of reach, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will want to get his hands on some silverware this season.
The FA Cup looks like their best option as they welcome David Moyes back to Old Trafford, alongside his West Ham side.

The family favourite show returned with a twist last week as the socially-distanced friends and families were shown iconic clips from the archives. They're doing the same this week, and you can bet there'll be some strong opinions given from the armchair critics.

Bridget Jones's Diary - 9pm - Comedy Central
If you need a proper laugh to power your through the end of the week, then this will be right up your alley.

Right in time for Valentine's Day, the romance is back on RTE.
Having adapted their restaurant to work smoothly with social distancing, the First Dates Ireland crew are back for a sixth series.
As ever, Maître d' Mateo Saina is in control, as he helps two singletons to try and find love.
Episode one sees a former Game of Thrones and a quick-witted Cork native hopeful of a good time.
Friday
All Walks of Life - 8.30pm - RTE One
With two fascinating episodes featuring Leo Varadkar and Ciara Mageean under her belt, former President of Ireland Mary McAleese is joined by David Crosby.
Having already lost three of his siblings to a lung disease, Crosby underwent a double lung transplant.
He has since taken up marathon running and walks along the hills of Cavan with McAleese to discuss his whirlwind life.

Though we don't know the identity of who'll be appearing on the flagship show yet, host Ryan Tubridy has done an excellent job so far this season.
Last week saw legendary rockstar Dave Grohl appear as well as a harrowing chat with Lynsey Bennett.
It's a Sin - 9pm - Channel 4
The emotional gut-punch that is It's a Sin slowly builds towards the season finale, with this Friday's episode showing the protests against the government's handling of the Aids crisis begin, as well as an emotional journey back home for one of the main characters.
