A Lexus was found to have around £12,000 stashed inside after being stopped by police.
Merseyside Roads Policing Unit (RPU) took part in an operation which led to the white car being stopped at Orrell Interchange in Wigan.
A man and a woman were arrested.

Posting pictures of the vehicle on its social media account, the RPU said: "Pre-emptive tactics used to stop this Lexus at Orrell Interchange.
"Approximately £12,000 in cash located in the vehicle. Male and female occupant arrested sus possession of criminal property and vehicle seized."
