The No. 12 has become synonymous with great quarterbacks. Super Bowl champs have worn the number as well as some other pretty fine players.

Randall Cunningham

Randall Cunningham played 11 seasons in No. 12 for the Philadelphia Eagles. He won 63 games as a starter and threw 150 TD passes for 22,877 yard in Philly.
Marques Colston

Can’t let quarterbacks have all the fun. Marques Colston came from Hofstra to New Orleans and had a wonderful career. He spent his entire career as a Saint and caught 711 passes for 9,759 yards and 72 TDs.
Joe Namath

Joe Willie Namath changed the course of football with his New York Jets by winning Super Bowl III over the Baltimore Colts. Definitely a case where a players charisma and meaning to the game far overshadows his overall record and stats.
Bob Griese

Bob Griese is the only player to have worn No. 12 in Miami Dolphins history. The star quarterback out of Purdue only played for the Fish in his 14-year career. His overall record as a starter is 95-62-1. He threw for 25,000 yards and 192 TDs. Oh, and he was one of the quarterbacks on the only undefeated team in NFL history.
Jim Kelly

Jim Kelly is a Hall of Famer. What an arm and leadership qualities on the former Miami great. He spent his entire NFL career with the Bills, winning 101 games as a starter. Kelly threw for 35,467 yards and 237 TDs.
Ken Stabler

The Raiders were rebellious and Ken Stabler was a perfect leader for the Silver and Black. He spent 10 years with the Raiders, going 69-26-1 and throwing 150 TD passes.
Terry Bradshaw

Terry Bradshaw was a No. 1 overall pick out of Louisiana Tech by the Pittsburgh Steelers. He helped turn a struggling team into a four-time Super Bowl champ. Bradshaw was perfect in Super Bowl appearances, notching four rings without a loss.
Aaron Rodgers

It took a while for Aaron Rodgers to start in Green Bay as he backed up Brett Favre. Since taking over, the former Cal star has put of numbers that will guarantee him a spot in Canton five years after he retires.
Roger Staubach

Roger Staubach had an amazing career before he wore the No. 12 in Dallas. A Heisman winner at Navy who served his country proudly after graduating. Staubach was a scintillating 85-29 as a starter for the Cowboys with 22,700 yards passing and 153 TD tosses.
John Brodie
Before the glory years with Joe Montana and Steve Young, John Brodie was a legend in San Francisco. He spent his entire 17-year career as a Niner, throwing for 31,548 yards. Brodie played college ball at Stanford as did …
Andrew Luck

… Andrew Luck. The Cardinal great has 2,000 completions in six seasons — and injury made him miss 2017 — 171 of which went for touchdowns. His comeback season in 2018 was fantastic.
Tom Brady

Tom Brady is the G.O.A.T. Six Super Bowl rings in nine appearances put you on a throne. He’s also the fourth legendary quarterback from an AFC East team to wear No. 12.
