Meltmongers have taken Edinburgh by storm since the cheese toastie joint opened in Bruntsfield in 2015.
The idea of a cafe that only serves toasties seemed a bit odd at first, but their wide range of fillings and the delicious flavours involved meant that it's simply gone from strength to strength, largely fuelled by word of mouth from satisfied customers.
Now, four years after they first opened, they've announced that they will be opening a second outlet on Dundas Street, just two doors down from the equally popular Cuckoo's Bakery.

The new shop will open at the end of April, and it will feature the full array of Meltmongers delights, like their chilli cheese melt with smoked cheddar and jalapenos, or the Melt Dog mae with sliced hot dog, onions, American cheese, cheddar, ketchup and mustard.
