Bosses at Bristol Airport have ambitious plans to extend the site and boost the number of passengers walking through their doors.
While proposals for the expansion are being debated by local politicians, one airline has already announced 12 new routes it is launching from Bristol this winter.
Top European cities feature heavily on easyjet's list of destinations, including the likes of Athens, Lisbon and Paris.
For those hoping to find some winter sun, flights to the Gran Canaria and Tenerife South will also begin at the end of November.
