11-year-old Dublin lad blows everyone away with his audition on The Voice Kids

Viewers of The Voice Kids were blown away by a Dublin lad's audition on Saturday night.

11-year-old Colin, who considers legendary singers Nat King Cole, Dean Martin and Frank Sinatra as his icons, took to the stage of the hit ITV talent show in a bid to impress judges Danny Jones, Jessie J, Pixie Lott and Will.I.Am.

Belting out his own rendition of the classic hit ‘You Make Me Feel So Young’, Colin took the audience by surprise as well as the judges - as both Pixie and Danny hit their buttons to turn around for them.

After winning praise from the judges, Colin eventually chose to join Pixie’s team.

And it wasn’t only the studio who loved Colin, viewers at home did too.

One viewer tweeted: “Little Colin has stole my heart.”

“What a dapper little chap Colin is,” a second wrote.

While a third added: “Good for you Colin … being yourself!”

The Voice Kids continues next Saturday at 8pm on Virgin Media One.
