A luxury estate agency is looking to hire a new team member to help sell upmarket homes in Merseyside.
Fine and Country is looking for an 'ambitious' and 'self-motivated' candidate to work for them in return for a six figure salary.
The estate agency has 300 offices across the world, including South Africa, Florida and Cannes.
However the successful applicant will be responsible for property in the Crosby, Formby and Ormskirk areas of Merseyside.
These areas are known for the magnificent houses and mega mansions, with areas such as Victoria Road in Formby being nicknamed 'Millionaires row.'
Neighbours in these areas can include football players, celebrities and millionaire business owners.

With that in mind, Fine and Country are asking for candidates who will be comfortable 'liaising with high-net-worth clients' and 'listing luxury homes.'
The agent would also have to be able to carry out viewings, negotiate offers and see the buying process through to completion.
In return Fine and Country will provide full support and training and all the marketing material an agent would need.
Agents would also have access to Fine and Country members hub with data insights, prospecting and canvassing tools.
Successful candidates can earn up to £100,000 a year, with earnings uncapped, meaning there is the potential to earn even more.
Benefits also include the flexibility of working remotely or from the office and choosing your own working hours.
The job listing reads: "Covering Crosby and surrounding areas. We are looking for an ambitious self-motivated, entrepreneurial individual, preferably with estate agency experience, but not essential, who wish to earn a six-figure income.
"This is a self employed role and you have the choice to work both remotely and from an office."
