100 teens storm Dublin area for huge organised brawl at popular park in ongoing local war

As many as 100 teens stormed a popular Dublin park frightening locals and clearing the area for an organised fight in an ongoing local war.

The multitude of youngsters collided in Ballyfermot late last night as the arranged large meet-up took place.

Dublin Live understands that the groups descended on East Timor park and inflicted that much terror into the area that families and walkers in the park immediately left.

Officers were deployed to the park immediately with two armed support cars, two undercover cars and a Garda van at the scene almost immediately.

Gardai managed to clear the area and no serious injuries were reported at the gathering.

A source told Dublin Live: "Another organised fight took place as part of an ongoing turf war in the area.

"Two armed support cars, two undercover cars and a Garda van were sent down to the scene.

"The youngsters fled in the direction of the Memorial Gardens and Liffey Gaels.

"They brought so much attention to themselves going down in such large crowds."

Sinn Féin Councillor for the area Daithí Doolan said: "Disgraceful scenes. Gardai arrived and cleared the park."
