EA FC 26 just dropped its official rankings earlier this week, and they’re exactly what we expected. With no apparent outliers in the Striker department, we see Kylian Mbappe topping the charts, closely followed by Ousmane Dembele. It’s always a good idea to have these rankings at the back of your mind, since you want a good striker to finish strong.
To help with that, we’ve compiled a list of the top 10 best Strikers in EA FC 26 by overall ranking. While some specialize in Pace, others champion the Shooting category. Each one also has unique PlayStyles that alleviate their gameplay. Let’s take a closer look at what EA FC 26’s best strikers have to offer.
Best Strikers In EA FC 26
Kylian Mbappe – 91 OVR
Kylian Mbappe has recently been hyped a lot in the soccer world, and for good reason. Mbappe sits alone at 91 OVR, distinguishing himself from the entire striker roster. Originally from France, Mbappe plays for Real Madrid and has 5 stars in Skill Moves. What makes him stand out, however, is his pace. Mbappe has an impressive 97 in both Acceleration and Sprint Speed, giving him the highest Pace stat in the entire game. He’s 2 points ahead of the player on second with 95 Pace.
Although with Strikers, you also need to take a look at their Shooting, Passing, and Dribbling. Most of his Shooting attributes are around the 90 range, giving him a 90 in Shooting, whereas he has an 81 in Passing and 92 in Dribbling. Clearly, this player enjoys running a one-man show and excels at it. His Stamina is at 83, which is slightly on the lower side, but considering his most important job is finishing, placing him at the top is completely justified.

Ousmane Dembele – 90 OVR
Close on Mbappe’s tail is French striker Ousmane Dembele at 90 OVR. Dembele currently plays for PSG as a striker and ranks no.2 in striker ratings. The 28-year-old Frenchman has 5 stars in both Skill Move and Weak Foot, meaning he doesn’t have a lot of weak points in his kit. Dembele’s stat spread is pretty even, but his Dribbling takes the edge over other attributes at 93. He has the highest Dribbling stat on the entire EA FC 26 roster, comparable to Mbappe in terms of Pace. His Pace, Shooting, and Passing are at 91, 88, and 83, respectively.
While his Pace doesn’t come close to Mbappe’s, it is still excellent overall, enough to leave defenders behind. His powerful dribbling alongside tactful skill moves makes his movement unpredictable, allowing him to get inside the box with ease. Dembele’s Agility, Ball Control, and Dribbling stats are all at 94, making him a force to be reckoned with.

Erling Haaland – 90 OVR
On no.3, we have the Norwegian giant, Erling Haaland. Haaland stands at 6’5”, allowing him to tower over most players. He currently plays for Manchester City in the Premier League and is quite popular amongst the soccer world. Haaland is left-footed, but has 3 stars in both Weak Foot and Skill Moves. His Shooting attribute is what makes him a threat on the field. At 91, it falls just short of the top and claims the position of second-highest in the game.
Haaland’s Dribbling is at 80, while his Pace is at 86 and Passing is at 70. The passing attribute is definitely something slightly surprising, given his high OVR, but it is not necessary for strikers, regardless. His Positioning, Finishing, and Shot Power are all in the 94-95 range, meaning every time he shoots, he’ll likely score. Haaland is also renowned for his aggression. His strength is at 93, and his aggression is at 88, making him one of the more offensive strikers on the list.

Alessia Russo – 89 OVR
EA hasn’t forgotten the women’s football league, as we have Alessia Russo at no.4 with an 89 OVR. Russo is originally from England and plays for Arsenal in the Barclays WSL. She’s 5’8”, but can dominate the field with her impeccable dribbling and skill moves at 4 stars. Russo shines in both Shooting and Dribbling categories, with an 88 in the former and an 87 in the latter. Her offensive prowess on the field is what helped her achieve this overall rating in EA FC 26.
Her Passing and Pace are slightly on the lower end, with Pace at 82 and Passing at 70, similar to Haaland. But the same argument applies that passing just isn’t that important for strikers. Since Shooting is her main niche, we can see 90 in both Positioning and Finishing, while an 88 in Shot Power. The one outlier in her passing is Short Pass at 81, so if you plan to play with her, make sure you’re not sending the ball too far.

Khadija Shaw – 89 OVR
Trailing only a point or two away from the top strikers, we have Khadija Shaw. Shaw sits at a comfortable 89 OVR, rounding out our top 5. She’s a Jamaican footballer now playing for Manchester City in the Barclays WSL. She has 4 stars in Weak Foot and 3 stars in Skill Moves. Her prime attribute is her Shooting at 89, which is only a few points away from the top shooting stat at 92.
Shaw’s other stats aren’t as impressive, though, since she has 71 in Pace and Passing, and an 81 in Dribbling. Considering her Pace isn’t the best, you’ll need to provide the ball in an open space, preferably away from fast defenders. But even with 81 in Dribbling, her Ball Control and Reactions are near the 90 range, meaning she’s quick to change directions if a defender does close in. In terms of physicality, she more than makes up for some of her weaker attributes. Her overall physicality is at 85.

Harry Kane – 89 OVR
We’ve talked twice about the player with the highest Shooting stat in the game, and he’s finally here. Harry Kane has an 89 OVR in EA FC 26 and closes out the 89 OVR category. English by origin, Kane currently plays for the German club, FC Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga. He is 6’2” and has 4 and 3 stars in Weak Foot and Skill Moves, respectively. As we’ve already mentioned a few times before, Kane is most renowned for his Shooting attribute, topping the chart at 92 Shooting.
Kane’s Shooting stats include 94 Positioning, 93 Finishing, 91 Shot Power, and 95 Penalties. With a 95 in Penalties, you do not want to foul Bayern anywhere near the penalty box. As for his other stats, he has a 64 in Pace, 83 in Passing, and 82 in Dribbling. We can clearly see what his strength is, so if you decide to play with him or against him, keep his strengths in mind. His physicality is also adequate, nothing amazing, and sits at 82.

Marie Katoto – 88 OVR
At no.7, we have Marie Katoto, the 5’10” French footballer, playing for OL Lyonnes in the Arkema PL. Katoto is our first entry at 88 OVR and has 4 stars in both Skill Moves and Weak Foot, making her a promising candidate. Unlike other strikers, Katoto has a balanced attribute spread. With 85 Pace, 87 Shooting, 84 Dribbling, and 77 Passing, she is a pretty well-rounded athlete. Her versatility on the field means she can switch up her playstyles at will depending on the opponent.
Katoto’s acceleration is at 88, meaning once she has the ball, she can swiftly cross the majority of defenders. Her positioning and finishing are also around the 90 range, making her shots that much dangerous. And finally, most of her Dribbling stats are also in the mid to high 80s, so there’s not much space to counter her. However, she has one of the lowest aggression stats in the game at 44.

Robert Lewandowski – 88 OVR
Most of the players we’ve seen until this point have been in their mid-20s; however, Robert Lewandowski is still going strong at 37 years of age. The Polish national currently plays for FC Barcelona in the La Liga, and is one of the oldest players on the roster. He is 6’1” and has 4 stars in both Skill Moves and Weak Foot. Lewandowski shows excellent shooting capabilities, granting him an 89 in Shooting, one of the top shooting stats in the game.
His Pace might be the only thing holding him back, as it is at 74; otherwise, he has 89 Shooting, 79 Passing, and 85 Dribbling. Even his Physicality is at 84, something that has been uncommon in previous entries in this list. Except for Long Shot, all skills in the Shooting category are at 90 or above. The same goes for Dribbling, where, except for Agility, all stats are in the mid to high 80s range. This makes him an incredibly versatile striker and a menace to deal with on the field.

Sophia Wilson – 88 OVR
Sophia Wilson is our second-last entry on the list of best strikers in EA FC 26. She’s American by nationality and plays for the Portland Thorns in the NWSL. At 25 years of age, Wilson has made a name for herself in the soccer world. She has an impressive 5 stars in Weak Foot and 4 stars in Skill Moves, something not seen even in top strikers. Her Pace is primarily what sets her apart from other players. With 91 Acceleration and 92 Sprint Speed, her overall Pace comes out to 92.
Her other stats do not disappoint either. Shooting, Passing, and Dribbling are at 87, 79, and 89, respectively. This is definitely one of the highest stat spreads amongst strikers. She is one of the few players with above-70 stats in all four major categories for strikers. Stats to keep in mind during gameplay are her Pace, Short Pass at 88, Ball Control and Dribbling in the 89-91 range, and Positioning and Finishing in the 88-89 range. She is definitely a threat on the field and will keep the pressure if left with the ball.

Lautaro Martinez – 88 OVR
The final spot on our list goes to Argentinian footballer Lautaro Martinez. Martinez bags the last spot with an 88 OVR and 4 stars in both Weak Foot and Skill Moves. He is 28 years of age and plays for Lombardia FC in the Serie A Enilive. Martinez has a good stat spread, prioritizing Shooting over other attributes. His Shooting is at 88 with a 93 in both Positioning and Finishing, while his Volleys are at 92. That’s typically most of what you need in a good striker.
For his Pace, Passing, and Dribbling, he has 81, 75, and 84, respectively. His Pace and Passing are a little low, but his Agility, Reactions, and Balance are all in the high 80s in the Dribbling category. His Physicality is also adequate at 83. 86 Stamina is bound to benefit him later in the game when players start tiring out. If you decide to try him out, make sure you play to his strengths.
