One person was wounded in a drive-by Wednesday in Chicago.
The 19-year-old man was traveling south in a vehicle about 4:37 p.m. in the 1400 block of South Kedzie Avenue, when an unknown vehicle pulled alongside, Chicago police said.
Someone inside the unknown vehicle opened fire, striking the man in the wrist, police said. He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in good condition.
Area Central detectives are investigating.
Tuesday one person was killed and five others wounded in citywide instances of gun violence.
