One person was shot Tuesday in Chicago.

The 39-year-old man was critically wounded in a domestic-related shooting in Marquette Park on the Southwest Side.

About 1:05 a.m., he was involved in an argument with a 36-year-old woman in a second floor apartment in the 2900 block of West 64th Street, Chicago police said. When the argument turned physical, the woman shot him in the abdomen.

The man was rushed to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn in critical condition, police said. The woman was taken into custody.
