Two people were hospitalized Tuesday after a three-vehicle crash in the South Loop.

Authorities were called about 7:26 p.m. to the crash in the 700 block of West Taylor Street, the Chicago Fire Department said.

A Lexus eastbound on Taylor Street struck and Infinity, causing the Lexus to flip over, Chicago police said. The impact caused the crash to strike a Subaru.

A 75-year-old man was taken to Stroger Hospital in serious-to-critical condition, authorities said. Police said a female, whose age isn’t known was taken to the same hospital with injuries that are not life-threatening.

Four other adults declined medical treatment, authorities said.
