BHOPAL: With 1.63 lakh Covid-19 vaccine doses being administered in the state on Tuesday, the tally of total shots reached 6.26 crore, according to a bulletin released by the directorate of health services.
Vaccination is now being carried out on all days and it was done at more than 3000 government vaccination centres on Tuesday.
The vaccination of pregnant women has been going on in the state from July 23. Expecting women have been given exclusive slots on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Among the districts where maximum doses were administered on Tuesday, include Rewa, where 34779 doses were administered, followed by Jabalpur, where 12432 doses were administered.
Khandwa got 7115 people vaccinated, followed by Gwalior, where 6896 doses were administered.
