
The number of coronavirus cases in Saudi Arabia rose to 9,362 on Sunday after 1,088 tested positive, the Health Ministry announced.
During his weekly press conference, Health Ministry spokesman Dr. Mohammed Abdelali said there were five new fatalities, taking the tally to 97.
He said the number of recoveries reached 1,398 after 69 more patients recovered.
So far, more than 180,000 COVID-19 tests have been carried out in the Kingdom, Abdelali added.
