Who won I'm a Celebrity last year in 2020?

I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here is back at Gwrych Castle for another series.

The full line-up has now been revealed and it includes an Emmerdale bad boy, a singer turned Loose Women star and an Olympic gold medalist.

It will be the second time a King of Queen of the Castle will be crowned - rather than a King or Queen of the Jungle.

But who won the show last year?

Radio host Jordan North, author Giovanna Fletcher and presenter Vernon Kay made the it to the final last year.

And for the very first time in the ITV reality show's 20 series history, the winner was crowned King or Queen of the Castle.

And it was Giovanna who became the first ever Queen of the Castle.

The mum-of-three just pipped BBC Radio 1 DJ Jordan North - who was a favourite amongst viewers right from the start - and was awarded the crown for the 2020 series in a closely fought race.

He told Ant and Dec Giovanna "deserved" the win" and described her as the "kindest" person he had met.

Giovanna was completely lost for words as she sat on her now throne.

"Ask me in a week," she told the I'm A Celeb hosts after they asked how she felt.

She has since joked that she can't return her Queen of the Castle crown.

Speaking on ITV's Lorraine about her new book Walking on Sunshine earlier this month, Giovanna revealed she's made good use out of the famous crown, reports Wales Live.

"This time last year you were getting ready to go into the jungle," Lorraine said. "You need to go back and give your crown back now."

"No, that's my door wreath now!" Giovanna exclaimed.

"It's your door wreath?" Lorraine questioned, before adding: "Oh they just need to make another one, I'm sure they will!"

"I was lucky actually because I got to keep my sceptre as well," the author continued. "I'm pretty sure when they are in Australia they can't keep that because they can't fly home with it."

I'm a Celebrity 2021 starts on Sunday 21 November at 9pm, on ITV.
