Trump posts video of Iran’s ‘biggest bridge’ being destroyed in latest pressure campaign

  • President Donald Trump has shared footage of “the biggest bridge in Iran” being destroyed as he pressures the country to make a deal to end the war.
  • “The biggest bridge in Iran comes tumbling down, never to be used again — Much more to follow!” Trump wrote on Truth Social Thursday. “It is time for Iran to make a deal before it is too late, and there is nothing left of what still could become a great country!”
  • The post comes a day after Trump delivered a televised national address on the war in Iran, aiming to justify the conflict but offering no clear timeline for its conclusion.
  • He claimed the US military had nearly accomplished its goals, significantly degrading Iran's naval, air force, and missile capabilities, and preventing them from developing nuclear weapons.
  • Trump said the military campaign would escalate over the next two to three weeks, threatening to bomb the country “back to the Stone Ages” if negotiations are unsatisfactory.
