Syria war: Hospitals being deliberately targeted, medics say

Rebels in the northern Idlib province and rebel-held Eastern Ghouta region near Syria's capital Damascus, are being targeted with air strikes, despite mounting Western and UN pressure for a truce.

The White Helmets volunteer rescue group has been carrying out most of the rescue operations, but its workers are limited as to where the wounded can be helped since hospitals are under attack too.

The UN says the increasing violence is making "a mockery" of these zones.
