Just like any other newlyweds on their first night as husband and wife, many would assume that Peter Crouch and Abbey Clancy made good use of their bridal suite.
However, the dad-of-three, has confessed that he was so drunk on his wedding night that he 'passed out' as soon as they got back to their room.
After partying the day away following their lavish nuptials at the luxury Stapleford Park Country House Hotel and Sporting Estate in Leicestershire on June 30, 2011, Peter unfortunately dozed off.
The revelation came about after a fan of his Radio 5 Live podcast - called That Peter Crouch Podcast - who was married in the same venue, said he couldn't stop thinking about what the the 38-year-old Burnley striker did on his own wedding night.

The podcast fan called Phil texted in saying that he had got married at the same place Crouchy and Abbey got hitched.
He said that while he was romping with his wife in the bridal suite, all he could think of was what 'Crouchy had got up to' in the same room.
Listener Phil wrote: "I just wanted to thank Crouchy for affecting my performance on my wedding night.
"It turns out that I got married at the same place as Crouchy."

One of Crouch's podcast co-presenters interrupted, saying: "I was worried he was going to say 'What would Crouchy do?'
