Shocking footage shows the moment delivery drivers were hit with a crutch outside a McDonald's as a mass brawl erupted between customers and staff.

A pair of screaming female customers were seen hurling milkshakes at McDonald's employees' heads and had to be forcibly dragged out of the restaurant by multiple staff, it is alleged.

This led to a mass brawl between the customers and McDonald's delivery riders.

Two shaken McDonald's female workers can seen clinging on to one another at a table behind them in chaotic scenes.

One female customer screams at the staff: "D**head bruv! That's what you get! Don't touch my f***ing!"

The team of McDonald's employees eventually manage to drag the pair of women out of the fast food branch.

However before they left the restaurant, one of the women allegedly hurled a milkshake at the distraught female workers.

In the next clip, a huge group of screaming young customers stand outside the entrance to the restaurant and try to force their way back into the premises again.

However multiple delivery drivers stand in their way. This infuriates the group and a huge mass brawl ensues.

The screaming group of women start grabbing and aggressively pushing the delivery drivers against the glass front doors. They scream at them "Don't f*cking touch her!" as they wrestle with the men and steal one delivery rider's cap.

Then in a shocking twist, one of the young male customers grabs a delivery rider by his clothing and viciously punches him in the head so he smashes back into the glass door.

This leads to more screaming and chaos. The delivery rider who was punched is let back into the McDonald's restaurant to safety by the employees inside.

However this infuriates the group of young customers who become even more aggressive and try to physically fight and push their way into the McDonald's once more.

The delivery rider still tries to calm the group as the clip cuts to an end.

McDonald’s spokesperson said: “The safety and security of our people and customers is our absolute priority, and it is completely unacceptable to see customers behaving this way.

"The police were called and helped diffuse the situation, and we are assisting them in their enquiries.”
