A DIY-savvy mother saved more than £25,000 by renovating her own garden, adding seats, a barbecue, and their own bar called The Tipsy Cow.
Joy Rodriguez-Adams, 42, from Stoke, Staffordshire, first moved into the detached property more than a decade ago.
The mother-of-two and her husband decided to completely transform the dull garden and set to work during the first lockdown last Spring.
The end result has proved to be a hit on social media, with one million views on TikTok and more than 70,000 followers.
The family's work on the garden added a large seating area, extending the decking, and built themselves an outdoor bar called The Tipsy Cow.
They have now finished the renovation with a built-in barbecue and artificial grass.

Doing the work herself saved around £25,000. Ms Rodriguez-Adams, who works as an account manager, was quoted £40,000 by a professional to revamp the garden.
But the family managed to keep the cost under £15,000 by building the furniture and features themselves.
"The garden has changed a number of times over the years but this year, I decided I wanted to add a few more features to make it ready for the summer", said Ms Rodriguez-Adams.

"Over lockdown, so many people were doing things up and transforming their gardens and with the nice weather, it's amazing to have somewhere to go during the day.
"People are a lot more into the indoor/outdoor living these days.
"During the first lockdown, we decided we wanted to create our own bar, so we transformed my old office space in the garden by adding a bar area, television, sofa, fridge freezer, beer pump and made sure it was fully stocked ready for the summer."

She added: "People can save a fortune by doing some of the work themselves. A lot of people are nervous to give it a go, but the cost of landscaping and garden design is through the roof."
Ms Rodriguez-Adams. started putting photos of the renovation on her daughter;s Instagram account, which she supervises.
She said: "I started putting the odd picture on showing the house and then before I knew it, it had exploded.
"I hope that one day it will be my full time job to influence and post because it really is my passion."
