Demi Moore hasn't spared any intimate details in her eye-opening memoir Inside Out.
The mother-of-three, 56, shined the spotlight on her headline-grabbing marriage to Hollywood actor Bruce Willis , now 64, as she compared him to her mother Ginny.
In gripping chapters of her expose, the Ghost star described her romance with Bruce as a "whirlwind, truncated infatuation".
They had nurtured a close bond as the pair had both endured difficult childhoods which is another aspect of her life Demi chose to reflect on in her book.

The actress penned how the couple fearlessly got married and started a family together in the first year of their romance.
She admitted the couple had taken the next step before they really knew each other.
"We would go to a restaurant and he would order three entrees and have a few bites of each just because we could." She wrote.
"We had a whirlwind, truncated infatuation that morphed into a full-on family, all in our very first year. When reality set in, I don't know if we really knew each other."
Demi and Bruce were married for 13 years between 1987 and 2000. The exes amicably raise their three children: Rumer, 31, Tallulah, 25, and Scout, 28.

As she put her first marriage under the microscope, Demi laid bare the frictions that rocked their romance to the core.
The Indecent Proposal star freely expressed Bruce was "uncomfortable" with the attention that came with her high-flying career.
She wrote: "He was proud of my work... but not sure he was comfortable with the attention that came with it."
As Demi detailed the demise of their relationship in the last two years of their marriage, the actress drew comparisons between Bruce and her mother Ginny.

The actress claimed both Bruce and Ginny were "unpredictable" and "sometimes impulsive" which made her unsure of where she stood with them.
She wrote: "They were both unpredictable and sometimes impulsive and that made me feel unsure of my footing.
"I never knew what mood he'd [Bruce would] be in or whether his feelings for me would change from the day before."
Devoted mum of three Demi cut her mother Ginny out of her life for herself and for the sake of her girls.
But at the same time she and Bruce went their separate ways, the Hollywood star reconciled with her dying mother in 1998.
