Bruce Springsteen performs anti-ICE song at ‘No Kings’ protest: ‘They picked the wrong city’

Bruce Springsteen performed a specially-written song protesting ICE activity at the “No Kings” demonstration in Minnesota.

Appearing on stage at the event on Saturday (28 March), the Born in the U.S.A. star sung "Streets of Minneapolis", blasting federal agents who "brought death and terror" to the city.

The singer also paid tribute to Renée Good and Alex Pretti, who were shot dead by federal agents in Minneapolis in January 2026.

The demonstration was held in protest of ICE, the Iran war, and Trump's "desire to rule over us as a tyrant", according to organizers. Trump has previously asserted that he is not a king and works diligently to improve the country.
