The council is proposing to re-allocate a number of hours of support to schools but staff are worried there won’t be sufficient help for pupils where it is most needed

The move is in response to a pay dispute and in the face of the worsening cost of living crisis.

The union says industrial action will continue until the verbal agreement is put in writing.
