TV Newsance 155: Pollution in news studios, Modi repeals three farm laws

A deadly thick smog has enveloped New Delhi and cities across north India, but you wouldn’t know if you watched primetime debates on some of our Indian news channels. On News18 India, anchor Aman Chopra served a cocktail of hate and misinformation to his viewers by airing a show on so-called "thook jihad".

Meanwhile, prime minister Narendra Modi announced that the government will repeal the three farm laws, and that put some of our anchors in a lot of trouble.
