RT Justin Murray among 5 Cardinals players who do not practice Tuesday

The Arizona Cardinals released their injury report for Week 9 after practice on Thursday. They again prepare for a game with a banged-up team. Five players sat out of practice on Tuesday because of injuries, including running backs David Johnson and Chase Edmonds, both of whom are expected to miss the game on Thursday.

Did not practice

  • DL Zach Allen (neck)
  • RB Chase Edmonds (hamstring)
  • T Justin Murray (knee)
  • RB David Johnson (ankle)
  • LB Haason Reddick (knee)

Murray’s injury is new this week. He has not missed a snap this season in the six games he has started. If he cannot play, the Cardinals must use Mason Cole or rookie Joshua Miles. Reddick dealt with the knee injury last week and still played on Sunday.

Another five players were limited in practice Tuesday.

Limited

  • TE Darrell Daniels (ankle)
  • LB Dennis Gardeck (ankle)
  • OLB Cassius Marsh (concussion)
  • WR Trent Sherfield (knee)
  • TE Charles Clay (back)

Marsh is in the concussion protocol. He probably only plays Thursday if he can practice fully on Wednesday. He will want to play, as he used to play for the 49ers.

The final injury report will come out on Wednesday afternoon.
