Police are appealing for help finding a man in connection with an upskirting incident on the London Underground.

A female victim was travelling on the Bakerloo Line between Piccadilly Circus and Baker Street at around 7.50pm on July 24.

Another passenger saw a man trying to take "indecent pictures" her skirt, British Transport Police said on Wednesday.

The passenger confronted the suspect before he fled the train at Regent's Park.

Officers have now released CCTV images as part of an appeal to find a man in connection with the incident.

In a statement, BTP said: "Officers believe the man in the CCTV images may have information which could assist their investigation."
