New penthouse offices extending to 11,302 sqft have been launched at the Pembroke District in Dundrum town centre.
Joint letting agents Savills and CBRE are quoting €32.50 per sqft for the office space to let under new lease terms.
An attractive feature of the premises, known as The Loft, is its large private
wrap-around roof terrace with panoramic views of Dublin and surrounding areas, and this is further boosted by the floor-to-ceiling perimeter glazing.
Shower and changing facilities are also provided at The Loft, in addition to 40 bike spaces at basement level and ample on-site car parking.
Hammerson, which manages the town centre on behalf of the Dundrum Retail Limited Partnership, has created the open plan offices from space which was previously part of the Hamleys toy store.
The Loft is positioned in the northern end of Dundrum town centre and occupants can avail of the centre’s 120 shops, 45 restaurants and array of leisure facilities including a cinema and theatre.
Accessibility of Dundrum will appeal to occupiers as the Green Line Luas offers direct access to the city centre, reaching St Stephen’s Green in about 15 minutes.
The area is also relatively close to the M50 motorway and seven Dublin Bus routes.
The agents point out that the centre has become an established office location with occupiers such as RSA, ING, BAE Systems and ATOS.
Pembroke District was once owned by Pembroke Estate, a large Dublin land owner.
