Liverpool supporters have been reacting to the latest bit of Kylian Mbappe news that has broken this evening.
French publication L’Equipe ( via Get French Football News ) are reporting that the Reds, as well as Real Madrid, have been in regular contact over a deal for Mbappe.
The French outlet claim that Mbappe’s future appears to be with one of the following three clubs: PSG, Real Madrid or Liverpool.
PSG have opened talks over a new contract for Mbappe, who has two years remaining on his deal at the Parc des Princes.
Jurgen Klopp remains in “constant contact” with the 21-year-old’s representatives, but he has not told the Paris Saint-Germain hierarchy that he wants to leave next summer, despite contrasting reports.
However, the news that Klopp and Liverpool are in contact with the highly-rated France forward has certainly excited Reds supporters.
Mbappe is perhaps the most sought-after talent in world football - scoring an incredible 30 goals in 37 games in all competitions for PSG last season.
The 2018 France World Cup winner has played once this season so far, and unsurprisingly marked the occasion with a goal.
