LeBron James apologizes to Breonna Taylor for delay on justice

In light of news coming to the surface about the death of Breonna Taylor after being shot by Louisville Police officers in her bed at her own home, LeBron James reiterated his own shame, and the shame of many, that justice against her killers has yet to be served so long after she was killed.

On Friday evening, LeBron James went to his social media both on Twitter and Instagram, to share that he is sorry that justice has not been served to the killers of Breonna Taylor.

On Friday, the Louisville Courier-Journal reported new details in the investigation of Taylor’s death, that she was wounded for nearly 20 minutes after being shot multiple times but never received any treatment that could have potentially saved her life.

James has been vocal about the Black Lives Matter movement and police brutality about Black citizens, which as only continued while he’s on the Disney World Campus.
