Celtic are wandering around in the transfer market right now but it seems like they have got lost while meandering in the aisles.
They have been struggling to flog their out-of-date stock and unable to get new goods to the checkout.
But they might just get lucky with another top-quality product in the storeroom.
Celtic have managed to produce plenty of talent over the years, saving them a fortune in fees and banking a tidy profit when the time comes to cash in.
You can go back to the likes of Shaun Maloney and Aiden McGeady, right up to Callum McGregor and James Forrest – with Kieran Tierney the poster Bhoy for the Lennoxtown hit factory.
Adam Montgomery is hoping he can be the next one to save Celts a supermarket sweep as he is hoping to follow in the footsteps of KT.
The 18-year-old full-back models his game on the Scotland and Arsenal star.
Ange Postecoglou is chasing several targets but could have a hidden gem right under his nose in Montgomery, who admits he’s using one of the club’s most celebrated sons as motivation.
The young gun said: “Is KT an inspiration? One hundred per cent.
“He’s a player I have looked up to, with him being at Celtic and breaking through at a young age, playing left-back.
“He has kicked on and done really well at Arsenal and got himself a new deal. Good on him for doing that.
“His determination, his work ethic, talking to the boys that have been here for a while,
like Callum, they’ve said he trains the way he plays and that’s something you need to do when you’re at the top.
“He played a lot of games for Celtic at a young age. They had faith in his ability and he took the opportunity then kicked on from there.
“It was great to hear a player of his quality talking about me recently.”

Montgomery is a prospect and it seems Scotland has some kind of hidden left-back factory these days.
He said: “I honestly wish I could tell you why. You’ve got Aaron Hickey and Josh Doig, a lot of left-backs coming through, and you’ve got KT and Robbo.
“I’m an attacking full-back who doesn’t mind doing the defensive work. I enjoy doing both.”
Montgomery wants a regular role and Karamoko Dembele is in the same boat.
The attacker is still only 18 but it could be time for Dembele’s potential to be turned in to reality.
He tormented Charlton for 45 minutes on Saturday, notching the opener and having a hand in Albian Ajeti’s headed second.
Montgomery said: “I’ve been playing with Kaddy since we were six or seven.
‘We have come through the youth teams pretty much altogether. It’s the same with Owen Moffat and Ewan Otoo. We’ve all been here since we were six or seven.
“It’s a big season for everyone at the club. New manager, new chances to impress so everyone’s got a big opportunity this season.”
Montgomery likes the cut of the manager’s jib so far and is hoping there are brighter times ahead.
He said: “The manager has just said to keep playing the way I was playing towards the end of last season and implement his new playing style. It’s a fresh start for everybody at the club.”
