Holly Willoughby makes big change to This Morning outfit after injury

Holly Willoughby made a big change to her usual This Morning outfit today after she injured herself on set.

Holly, 40, usually wears a pair of stilettos to present the ITV morning show, but today she was in flat shoes after she injured her back.

Yesterday Holly was forced to change into flip flops for the Spin to Win segment as she revealed she had hurt herself.

She said it happened as she uncrossed her legs and joked it was a side effect of turning 40 earlier this year.

Holly was on the left of the Spin To Win wheel, rather than the right, where she normally positions herself.

She said: "You might have noticed I'm on this side today, that's because during the show I uncrossed my leg and have pulled my back, because now I'm over 40 that's the stuff that happens.

"So I've got the flip flops on, I can't wear my heels."

And today Holly shared a photo of her outfit and updated her followers on her injury.

The mum-of-three wore a cream patterned jumper from &otherstories and a black mini skirt.

But instead of her usual heels Holly wore a pair of black flats from Maje.

Holly captioned the snap: " Morning... back in flats today... god knows what I’ve done to myself... better today just being careful!

"See you on @thismorning at 10am... #hwstyle knitwear by @andotherstories shoes by @majeparis"

And her followers were quick to offer their support to the star.

Lyn.williams.116 said: "You look beautiful Holly, hope you feel back to yourself soon."

maynardy87 said: "Flats for the win! They should definitely be styled in more often; super cute Hope you feel better soon!"
