Emmerdale fans convinced Joe Tate is Kim's poisoner

Emmerdale fans think they've worked out who Kim Tate's poisoner is and it's not anyone on the current suspect list.

Viewers have started to think that Joe Tate is going to make a shock return to the village in a revenge twist.

Joe left the ITV soap three years ago in a dramatic fashion and now fans think he's back to bring down Kim.

Kim ordered his death in 2018 after he started using money from the business.

If it hadn't been for Graham Foster pretending Cain Dingle had killed him and then letting him escape, he would be dead thanks to Kim.

His exit called time on his romance and wedding to Debbie Dingle, and meant he had to flee the country with no contact with his family.

With his brother Noah Dingle still in the village and closely linked to Home Farm where Kim lives, many are now tipping Joe to be the one poisoning Kim - reports Mirror Online.

Noah could be working with him and could be letting Joe in and out of Home Farm with ease.

Kim continues her plan to trap the culprit by faking symptoms of being poisoned as she tries to work out who is doing it.

Will Taylor, his daughter Dawn and Gabby Thomas are all tipped to be behind it, while her son Jamie Tate might have been ruled out.

But could Kim be looking in the wrong direction, and is Joe really back undetected?

One viewer tweeted: "I still think it's Harriet or Joe Tate or Kim Tate ex husband Steve for revenge."

Another said: "#JoeTate has a huge motive. After being caught, Kim ordered Graham to kill Joe who helped him escape."

A third added that perhaps Noah was doing it for Joe instead, saying: "#Emmerdale is Noah taking revenge on Kim for Joe Tate and Graham’s death as Joe was his half brother and Graham was like a father. Just putting it out there?"

Meanwhile a fourth commented: "So, Joe Tate or Steve Marchant...We're happy with either."

A fifth backed this, writing: "My money's on Joe Tate! Isn't it about time he returned to the village?"

Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7pm on ITV, with an extra episode at 8pm on Thursdays.
