Braxton Miller could be a player to watch for the Eagles during OTAs

The Philadelphia Eagles have big names at the skill positions, but an even bigger name on the practice squad could be an additional toy for Carson Wentz in 2019. Braxton Miller came over to the Eagles in 2018, after being cut by the Houston Texans. The former Big 10 Offensive Player of the Year (2x) has never really taken off in the NFL, but that could soon change.

At the NFL’s annual league meetings, Eagles head coach Doug Pederson mentioned Miller as a guy he’s going to be paying attention to this spring.

Miller last played in a regular season game for the Texans in 2017, where he caught 19 passes for 162 yards and one touchdown in 11 games.
