Aldi announces product limit changes for customers amid coronavirus crisis

Aldi has announced today [March 31] that it is easing product limits placed on the majority of its items.

Previously, those shopping at the supermarket were restricted to four items each of every product as the store made attempts to prevent stockpiling during the coronavirus crisis.

A spokesperson for Aldi said: "While we would still encourage people to buy only what they need, product availability in store is good and the move will make it easier for people to shop for vulnerable people and those who are self-isolating."

Now the four-limit restriction applies to the following items, while some have a two per customer limit.
