Susan Calman has opened up about what it was like taking part in Strictly Come Dancing, stating that stripping to get spray-tanned next to her co-stars was "f***ing weird."
The comedian, 47, was a contestant on the BBC dance competition in 2017, with her having been partnered with professional dancer Kevin Clifton, 38, for the experience.
The pair were voted out of the show after competing for ten weeks and although it was four years, Susan has said that she won't ever forget her time on Strictly.
She recalled her experience on the show during a recent appearance on a podcast, in which she was asked about the fashion and shared a piece of advice.
Susan was a guest on the Who Are You Wearing? podcast a few weeks ago, with its host Kiri Pritchard-McLean, 35, questioning what it was like to sign up for Strictly.
She mentioned that the show takes celebrities out of their comfort zone with dancing and added that the use of spray-tans, make-up and wigs could also be intimidating.
Kiri asked her guest on the episode: "Did you have to close your eyes and take a leap of faith, or were you excited by experimenting with that?"

Susan admitted that she had been "very frightened" about how she would be perceived. She said: "I was frightened I would look an idiot in dresses and stuff like that."
She added: "And having to take your kit off and be spray-tanned next to Debbie McGee is an experience I'll never forget in my life. Lovely woman, but it was f***ing weird."
The former contestant then mentioned other co-stars on the show - such as "goddess" Gemma Atkinson, 37, and Alexandra Burke, 33. She said: "You just have to embrace it."
During the discussion, Susan also shared the "greatest advice" she has ever been given - which she said had been given to her by "someone involved in Strictly."
She explained that she received it when suggesting things to the person - who she wouldn't name. Susan recalled that they encouraged her: "If you're going to kiss it, f*** it."
Susan said she remembers that "every day" and appeared to share her interpretation. She said: "Don't do things half-hearted and after Strictly I've embraced that."
