Social media reacts to Ohio State football’s dominant win over Purdue

After slow starts throughout much of the season, Ohio State head coach Ryan Day said he wanted to see his team get out to a faster start against Purdue on Saturday afternoon.

The Buckeyes did just that.

Despite being down several starters, including Treveyon Henderson and Emeka Egbuka, OSU blew out the Boilermakers, 41-7.

It was good to see the Scarlet and Gray clicking early. Yes, Purdue isn’t a great opponent, but the weather conditions were less than ideal, and Ross-Ade Stadium has proved a thorn in the Buckeyes’ side in recent years.

Ohio State fans weren’t happy about the game being exclusively on Peacock but liked much of what the Buckeyes were able to do on the field.

We now move on to Penn State week, but before we do, social media had some outstanding reactions to the big win over the Boilermakers. Let’s take a look at some of the best.
