Siva Kaneswaran pens emotional message to Tom Parker after Dancing On Ice exit

Tasked with performing two dances in the Dancing on Ice semi-final, The Wanted band member Siva Kaneswaran just missed out on a place in the final after an emotional dance in tribute to his bandmate Tom Parker. He has now posted a moving message saying he will "treasure" the dance.

Siva and Tom were both part of the boyband The Wanted, which had success with their songs Glad You Came and All Time Low. During the semi-final of Dancing on Ice, Siva used one of his performances as a tribute to Tom, which many viewers found emotional. Siva narrowly missed out on making it to the final of Dancing on Ice and has now posted to his Instagram, after being eliminated from the show.

Posting a picture of him at the end of the dance for Tom, Siva said: "There are moments in life that I’ll look back on and treasure. This was one of them. Tommy boy, you beautiful man. I truly hope we made enough noise down here for you. Thanks for looking after me on the ice. Miss you so much. Love you brother x"

Siva went on to thank Dancing on Ice and his professional dance partner Klabera Komini "for being a real one, truly seeing me and what I had to do." He said: Thank you to @dancingonice for supporting me and making a lot of people smile/cry x Thank you to @klabera.ko for being a real one, truly seeing me and what I had to do. I’ll never forget you partner."
