Sean Combs And Son Face Sexual Assault Allegations In Lawsuit

Sean 'Diddy' Combs' properties in L.A. and Miami raided by federal agents

Sean 'Diddy' Combs and his son, Christian 'King' Combs, are facing serious allegations in a new lawsuit. The complaint, filed on April 4, accuses Christian of assault, battery, sexual assault, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. The incident is said to have taken place on a luxury yacht in December 2022, which Sean Combs had chartered.

This lawsuit is part of a series of recent sexual assault allegations against the Combs family. The family's homes in Miami and Los Angeles were recently raided as part of a federal sex trafficking investigation. Sean Combs has denied these allegations, calling the raids an 'unprecedented ambush' and a 'witch hunt.'

The complaint details an altercation between Christian and a woman named Grace O'Marcaigh, who was working as a steward on the yacht. O'Marcaigh alleges that she was forced to engage in sexual acts with Christian after being pressured and fed spiked tequila shots. She also claims that another individual, Rodney 'Lil Rod' Jones, recorded the incident.

O'Marcaigh further alleges that she was prevented from leaving and that Christian groped and kissed her, leaving bruises. She managed to free herself when a colleague on board came looking for her. O'Marcaigh reported the incident to the ship's captain, but it was not investigated, leading her to believe that Sean Combs paid the captain to keep it quiet.

These allegations come in the wake of other lawsuits against Sean Combs, including accusations of domestic abuse and gang rape. Following these claims, Sean Combs resigned as chairman of Revolt and had his Hulu reality show canceled.
