Phoenix Suns Star Devin Booker Joins Call Of Duty

Phoenix Suns guard Devin Booker, center, knocks the ball away from Dallas Mavericks forward Derrick Jones Jr., left, during the first half of an NBA basketball game, Monday, Dec. 25, 2023, in Phoenix.

Phoenix Suns star Devin Booker is set to make his debut in the popular first-person shooting game, 'Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III.' Booker will be featured in the video game's third season bundle, joining his teammate Kevin Durant who became a playable character earlier this year.

In the October trailer for 'Modern Warfare III,' Booker was seen alongside rapper 21 Savage, delivering a line that showcased his in-game persona. Known for his love of the game, Booker often livestreams his gameplay on Twitch, demonstrating his passion for the virtual battlefield.

Booker's connection to 'Call of Duty' goes beyond entertainment, as he has used the game as a form of therapy during challenging times. When the 2019-20 NBA season was suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Booker turned to 'Call of Duty' to cope with the unexpected turn of events.

Following a tough loss in the NBA playoffs, Booker revealed that playing 'Call of Duty' served as a release for him, allowing him to blow off steam and unwind after a demanding game. His teammate Chris Paul humorously noted that Booker's dedication to the game is a well-known aspect of his routine.

Kevin Durant, another NBA star, was the first player to be featured in 'Modern Warfare II' as an Operator Skin in the third season. Now, with Booker's addition to 'Modern Warfare III,' fans can look forward to experiencing the game with their favorite basketball players in a new and exciting way.

The upcoming launch of the third season of 'Modern Warfare III' in April promises to bring fresh content and experiences for players, with Booker's inclusion adding an extra layer of excitement to the game.
