Penn State is seeking to keep its Big Ten championship hopes alive in a huge conference showdown against Michigan amid the Wolverines latest sign-stealing investigation and the suspension of head coach Jim Harbaugh.
During the second-half of Saturday’s Big Ten East clash, Nittany Lions defensive lineman Dani Dennis-Sutton recorded his second tackle for loss of the day, after sacking J.J. McCarthy on the game’s first drive.
After registering the big tackle, the Penn State edge rusher appeared to poke fun at Michigan’s latest scandal when he delivered a celebration that included him using an imaginary pair of binoculars, pointing them at the Wolverines’ sideline before putting them down and proceeding to take notes in reference to the stealing some of Michigan’s signs and signals.

On Friday, Big Ten commissioner Tony Petitti suspended Harbaugh for the Wolverines final three regular season games due to allegations of the program’s sign-stealing scheme. In response to the punishment, Michigan filed a temporary restraining order with hopes of it allowing Harbaugh to coach in Saturday’s game.
However, Michigan did not receive the restraining order and the Wolverines took the field at Beaver Stadium without their head coach.
Sutton finished with three tackles with two for a loss and one sack in Penn State’s 24–15 loss to Michigan.
