Patrick Kelly: Police issue appeal for missing teen last seen in Newry on Wednesday

Police are appealing for help in locating a missing 16-year-old boy last seen on Wednesday.

The PSNI issued an appeal on its Police Newry, Mourne and Down and Police Derry City and Strabane Facebook pages looking for information on the whereabouts of Patrick Kelly.

He was last seen in the Newry area on December 14 and may have travelled to Derry.

On Thursday, a spokesperson for the PSNI said: "We are currently trying to locate missing person Patrick Kelly, 16 years old. He was last seen in the Buttercrane Shopping Centre in Newry at approximately 4pm yesterday, Wednesday 14th December. Patrick may have travelled to Derry/Londonderry area.

"Patrick was last seen wearing a red Liverpool cap, Black jacket with hood, black jogging bottoms and grey trainers. If anyone knows of Patrick's whereabouts, please contact Police on 101, quoting reference number 1318 14/12/22."

On Saturday, they reshared the appeal on their Derry and Strabane social media pages hoping that someone will get in contact with information regarding Patrick's location.
