My 600lb Life star who was left struggling to walk transforms life after weight loss

My 600lb Life star who was left struggling to walk has transformed his life after his impressive weight loss.

Paul MacNeill lost a huge amount of weight on the show, which ended with him qualifying for weight loss surgery.

The season ten star took part on the show when he was 35-years-old and weighed 757lbs back when it aired in December 2021.

Paul asked for help from renowned bariatric surgeon, Dr. Younan Nowzaradan, AKA Dr. Now.

The doctor wanted Paul to move from Florida to Houston, Texas after he qualified for weight loss surgery so he would be closer to the hospital.

However, he was hesitant because he didn't want to leave his girlfriend, Jenn.

At the end of Paul's episode he managed to lose an impressive 116lbs of weight and ended up weighing 641lbs.

This ended in him being motivated to lose even more until he could have the surgery.

The show concluded with Paul getting ready to move to Houston for surgery and there has now been an update with what he is up to now.

In August 2021 Paul posted a fundraiser about his weight loss surgery on a Facebook account which stated that he was about to have his surgery.

He was asking his social media friends to donate money to help pay for his bills as he wouldn't be able to work for four to eight weeks.

Paul had his bariatric procedure before returning to Florida.

In an Instagram post after his surgery, he shared a photo alongside his then-fiancée Jenn showing off her ring.

Just months later in a 2022 post Paul referred to Jenn as his wife in a video.

Paul's dad, who featured in his My 600-lb Life episode, passed away after the show aired.

Paul often pays tribute to his father on social media.

In an October 2022 post, he shared a picture of his dad and wrote: "Hey dad I can't believe it's been one year its been hard but you know us we are strong I just want to call and talk to you on the phone tell God to hurry up and get that land line I love you and miss you so much."
