L’Jarius Sneed Throws Shade at Tyreek Hill Following Incomplete Pass

L'Jarius Sneed had some words for his former teammate Tyreek Hill during the Kansas City Chiefs' 26—7 victory over the Miami Dolphins in Saturday's wild-card round clash at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium.

Sneed, who matched up against Hill multiple times during the contest, caught the attention of fans on social media for his technique in slowing down the speedy Dolphins wide receiver.

But it was one sequence involving Sneed and Hill after a play stood out.

Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa targeted Hill towards the sidelines on a fourth down play in the fourth quarter, resulting in an incomplete pass. As Sneed, who was in coverage on the play, walked past Hill, hot mics caught the Chiefs corner taunting the Miami receiver in a video shared by a Kansas City fan on X, formerly Twitter.

Sneed can be heard throwing shade at Hill for not hauling in the pass. The Chiefs corner's taunt and jamming of Hill at the line of scrimmage were both key components of his game, as he told reporters after the contest that he "likes to get in people's heads," per Sports Radio 810 WHB on X.

Sneed seemingly made Hill, who caught just five passes for 62 yards and a touchdown, uncomfortable, taking the Dolphins best weapon out of the game in the process.

If he keeps doing that, Kansas City will continue to be a tough out in the postseason.
