Lopez began with lunge stretches before moving on to a weight-training circuit involving shoulder raises, squats, bicep curls, and more using dumbbells. She then transitioned to core exercises on a mat, emphasizing the importance of a 'daily dose of wellness.' The video was filmed in the backyard of her and Ben Affleck’s Beverly Hills estate, complete with a trampoline for their children and stone benches.

Lopez's commitment to fitness is evident, as she previously eliminated carbohydrates and sugar while filming 'Hustlers.' She described the experience as feeling like being in an 'alternate reality' due to cravings for bread, but noted that the cravings diminished over time. Lopez highlighted the benefits of reducing inflammation and feeling smaller and less swollen. Despite her strict diet during filming, she has since relaxed her approach, as evidenced by enjoying meals at McDonald's with Affleck.
