James Martin's Saturday Morning has become a staple in our weekend viewing as the famous chef hosts his relaxed cookery show from the comfort of his very own home. 

Each weekend we are treated to mouthwatering recipes, seasonal food inspiration, and a lot of laughs as James chats with his celebrity guests. But if that wasn't enough, each episode also sees James joined by leading chefs who are there to share their favourite dishes and answer viewers' burning culinary questions. We couldn't think of a better way to kick-start the weekend!

James Martin's Saturday Morning next episode

James Martin's Saturday Morning usually airs on Saturdays on ITV1 at 9.30 am. It is then repeated on ITV1 on Sundays at 7.30 am. 

The next new episode airs on Saturday, June 15 on ITV1 at 9.30am.

The show, which is currently in its seventh season, airs in the same slots each weekend and you can also catch up on ITVX where you will also find past seasons.

Each week James invites some very familiar faces into his kitchen for a good chat and good food. Here is who will be appearing in each episode... 

Saturday, June 15: James is joined by Kelvin and Liz Fletcher, who talk about their ITV series Fletcher's Family Farm, while there are dishes from chefs Paul Ainsworth, Matt Gillan and Francesco Mazzei.

Saturday, June 8: James looks ahead to Soccer Aid 2024 with The Last Leg's Alex Brooker and chats to comedian Tom Allen, while there are recipes from chefs Nieves Barragan Mohacho and Lenny Carr-Roberts.

Saturday, June 1: James serves up a couple of dishes for his guests Jordan North and William Hanson and enjoys recipes from his friends and fellow chefs Dipna Anand, Richard Bertinet and Ashley Palmer-Watts.

Saturday, May 25: James is joined by TV and radio presenter Jenni Falconer and motorcycle road racer John McGuinness, with recipes from chefs Paul Ainsworth, John Hooker and Mark Birchall.

Saturday, May 18: James is joined by former All Saints singer Shaznay Lewis, while there are recipes from chefs Lisa Goodwin-Allen and Phil Howard, and Alysia Vasey drops by with more ingredients you can go out and forage this weekend.

Saturday, May 11: James is back in the kitchen and serves up a feast of delicious food for singer Gabrielle, and there are recipes from chefs Richard Corrigan and Nick Nairn.

Saturday, May 4: James is joined down in Hampshire by newsreader Lucrezia Millarini, while there are recipes from chefs Paul Rankin and Lesley Waters and summery cocktails from Merlin Griffiths.

Saturday, April 27: James is joined by actress and Loose Women panellist Linda Robson, while there are recipes from chefs Asma Khan, Glynn Purnell, and Kenny Atkinson.

Saturday, April 20: James is joined by comedian Joe Pasquale and chefs Ronnie Murray and Jude Kereama, and there is also more foraging advice from Alysia Vasey

Saturday, April 13: James is joined by opera singer Bryn Terfel and Man v Food presenter Adam Richman, and shares recipes for dishes featuring gnocchi, steak and lamb, while chefs Galton Blackiston and Simon Hulstone also drop by.

Saturday, April 6: Matt and Nicola Baker join James in the kitchen where he serves up halibut and risotto, and makes a knickerbocker glory. He also invites friends and fellow chefs Daniel Clifford and Raymond Blanc to present a couple of recipes.

Saturday, March 30: James is celebrating the Easter weekend down in Hampshire with his guest Michaela Strachan and there'll be recipes from chefs Jason Atherton, Mike Reid and Meliz Berg. 

Saturday, March 23: James was joined by writer David Baddiel, who tucked into monkfish and lamb masala. 

Saturday, March 16: James served up waffles and coq au vin for Suggs from Madness and there were also recipes from chefs Daniel Galmiche and Cyrus Todiwala while Alysia Vasey shared foraging tips.
