Love Island's first week on air meant only one thing - the return of Aftersun. And it appears viewers had a lot to say about the spin-off's comeback as Maya Jama made her hosting debut.
The 28-year-old was named as the new host of the ITV2 dating show back in October after Laura Whitmore quit following the conclusion of the summer series in August. And Maya made her first appearance in the winter Love Island villa last Monday (January 16) during the series opener.
However, on Sunday night, it was the TV and radio star's first appearance on Aftersun - and she looked sensational. Maya pulled out all the stops for her first live appearance on the Sunday night show, sporting a hot pink cut-out outfit that showed off her toned midriff.

She wowed viewers in the off-the-shoulder ruffled pink dress which featured a large cut-out detail which exposed her entire stomach. Maya matched her outfit with a pair of bright pink strappy heels but kept her makeup toned down with nude lipstick while still looking ultra-glam and wore her dark glossy locks straightened.
Maya was joined on the show by Radio One DJ Jordan North, reality star Sam Thompson and ex Love Islander Indiyah Polack, who are also the hosts of the official Love Island podcast. And 2022 finalists Tasha Ghouri and Andrew Le Page also made an appearance as they chatted to Maya from behind a bar stocked with alcohol.
But all eyes were on Maya as not only did the compliments flood in over her look for the evening, they were also quick to praise her for her hosting talents. @livyloobear tweeted: "This Aftersun is already so much more entertaining and real than the last couple of seasons. Maya, Indiyah, and Sam aren't afraid to give their opinions and I appreciate it #LoveIsland #Aftersun."
