An illegal Mexican immigrant, Fermin Garcia-Gutierrez, is currently in custody at the Butler County Jail in Ohio, facing a slew of charges including aggravated murder, weapons offenses, drug possession, and obstructing official business. Garcia-Gutierrez, 46, has a troubling history with law enforcement, having been deported at least eight times and arrested nearly a dozen times. Butler County Sheriff Richard Jones revealed that Garcia-Gutierrez has used multiple aliases and birthdates over the years, accumulating over 20 criminal charges. Additionally, he is identified as a gang member.
According to Sheriff Jones, Garcia-Gutierrez's criminal record dates back to 2001, with offenses ranging from weapons charges to domestic violence and driving under the influence.
